This course does a full overview of how to prep your body for birth, the physical & hormonal processes of labour, comfort measures (natural & medical options), interventions such as inductions & cesarean birth, breastfeeding & newborn care.

$35/hr - Day 7am - 9pm
$45/hr - Night 9pm - 7am
