The use of this rental is for personal use only.

Inflatable birth pool must be stored indoors at all times. Do not leave in your car or outdoors. Extreme temperatures can damage the pool.

Assumption of Risk

The Renter acknowledges that the use of the birth pool and its accessories involves certain risks, including but not limited to the risks associated with water birth, water damage, personal injury, infection, and property damage. By signing this Agreement, the Renter assumes all risks associated with the use, setup, and dismantling of the rented items, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated.

Release of Liability

The Renter agrees to release, waive, and forever discharge the Owner, their agents, employees, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or related to the use of the birth pool and its accessories.

No Medical Advice or Endorsement

The Owner provides the birth pool as rental equipment only and does not provide any medical advice or services. The Renter acknowledges that they are solely responsible for consulting with their healthcare provider to determine the appropriateness and safety of using the birth pool for childbirth. The Owner makes no representations or warranties regarding the medical suitability or safety of the birth pool.
